This beautifully restored one bedroom, one bathroom1920's Bungalow with a renovated, free-standing, studio guest house, with it's own bathroom, is just steps away from the Historic Yavapai County Courthouse, Notorious Whiskey Row, Sharlott Hall Museum, Thumb butte, Watson lake and the wonderful shops, galleries, restaurants and breweries that always make the Downtown Prescott one of the top, must-visit, destinations in Arizona
This home has a king bed in the bedroom and a pull out queen bed in the living room sofa. In the studio guest house, there is a queen bed with a pull out queen bed also in the sofa. Additionally, there is Internet with Wifi, Cable TV, fully stocked kitchen with all of the necessary dishware, silverware and glassware, pots, pans, new refrigerator, garbage disposal, microwave and gas stove over oven.
Owner will provide paper towels, toilet paper and clean linens, sheets, laundry detergent and bath towels. Please bring your own preferred toiletries such as shampoo, bathing soap and toothpaste.

Summary: This is our third stay at The Rose House. We keep coming back because the place is perfect for our family getaways.The separate guest house is an added bonus! Todd is easy to reach if any questions arise. The place is clean, well stocked and the neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Easy walk to Courthouse Square and Whiskey Row too!Easy 5 star recommendation!

Summary: We were in Prescott for the Whiskey mountain bike race. My son and husband raced. The two cottages were perfect size for my family. Had all of the amenities we needed to be comfortable. This is an old house so it isn’t perfect but very charming. Loved all the windows that brought in a lot of light. There is a fence around the property so we could let our dog be free outside. And it was the perfect location for us. Just two blocks from the town square and the steep hill back to the house didn’t kill us. Looking forward to next year’s race and renting this place again. Host was great and responsive when needed. Definitely recommend.

Summary: Great location in a beautiful historic neighborhood within walking distance to Whiskey Row. The library is right across the street and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The detached extra living space with a kitchen, bed, bath and loft has modern updates but holds onto its historical roots and it is very nice inside. The fenced in yard is secure for pets too. This property made our vacation in Prescott much more enjoyable and relaxing after a day of hiking, sightseeing or shopping.I Highly recommend this property. Todd was an awesome host

Summary: This is our 2nd stay at the Rose House and we had a great time once again. Todd is super responsive and we appreciate that. The location is perfect and we love the bright sunny front room with sparkling clean windows! We visit Prescott often and this property is on our list of favorite places to stay!

Summary: Wonderful place to stay! The house & studio were the perfect set-up for my husband & I, who met up with 2 of my best girlfriends! Had everything we needed & was so convenient to walk to town. The entire historical neighborhood was fun to see as well.

Summary: Perfect location and setup for two couples in downtown Prescott. A very peaceful location just a short walk from Whiskey Row and all the action. Easy to get to local hiking trails and family in the area. The appliances were great and the space was super cozy.
